Product itself is great, as described. Mark was friendly and helpful in trying to expedite the order. My one issue is with whoever packaged and shipped it because it showed up in a thin box that was smashed/flattened, resulting in creases all over the print. I was sent out a replacement immediately and free of charge, so would buy from here again.
My package was delivered to the wrong place from USPS, I emailed them about getting a replacement a within a day they responded saying they would send me a replacement.
